App vs. browser: which is right for you?
Our native Android app offers offline caching of game rules and account history, so you can review information without an active internet connection. Push notifications alert you to live-game updates and account activity in real time. The app also loads slightly faster on slower networks because it stores some assets locally. On iOS, the browser experience is equally smooth and secure — Safari and Chrome both render our site at full speed, and you can bookmark olextoto on your home screen for quick access. The web app works on any device and requires no installation, making it ideal if you switch between phones or prefer not to download additional software.
Device compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and later on phones and tablets. For iOS, Safari and Chrome work on iOS 12 and later. Our web app is responsive and adapts to screen sizes from 320 pixels wide (small phones) to 1920 pixels (tablets and desktops). If you are using an older device, we recommend updating your operating system or trying the web app in a modern browser.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you see a warning about "Unknown Sources" on Android, this is a security feature that prevents installation of apps from outside the official Play Store. To install the olextoto APK, go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and enable it temporarily. After installation, you can disable it again. If your browser shows a certificate warning on iOS or web, this is rare and usually indicates a network issue — try refreshing the page or switching to a different Wi-Fi network. If the app crashes after installation, uninstall it, clear your device cache, and reinstall. If you continue to experience problems, our support team can help you troubleshoot.
Data, permissions, and account security
When you install the olextoto app or access our web app, we request permission to send notifications and access your device's storage for offline caching. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location without your explicit consent. Your account data — username, email, KYC documents, and deposit history — is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. When you log in, your session is protected by a secure token that expires after a period of inactivity. We recommend setting a strong password (at least 8 characters, mixing letters and numbers) and enabling two-factor authentication if available. If you suspect unauthorized access, you can reset your password immediately from the login screen, and we will review your account activity within standard timeframes.
